Can I use it in the dishwasher?

The product is very thin and delicate, so we recommend hand washing.
Are there any stores where I can purchase the product?

The product is available at "Kokuryu-do" in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and "shop&gallery SUNABA" in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture.
Are there any precautions to take when starting to use it?

Before using it for the first time, please lightly wash it with dishwashing detergent and a sponge.
Can I use it in the microwave?

Porcelain items can be used, but we kindly ask you to refrain from using earthenware items.
Stains have developed over time. What should I do?

For stains such as tea stains, please use a commercially available bleach.
